ESL Language Development Instructor

**Job Overview:**
The University of the Potomac seeks an experienced English language educator to join our faculty as a part-time ESL instructor. This position requires a passion for teaching and learning, with a focus on creating a supportive environment for students to acquire English skills.

**Job Description:
Responsibilities:- Create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Deliver instruction in accordance with course objectives, including practical skills, methods, theories, and techniques.
- Develop and manage student assessments, course syllabus, and daily lesson plans.
- Maintain a classroom environment that fosters respect, rapport, and a culture of learning.
**Requirements:
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
- Two years of relevant teaching experience preferred.
- Minimum of 9 undergraduate or graduate-level credits in English/ESOL or related field; or linguistics.
