Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data products to support revenue cycle management and operations teams, ensuring timely and accurate insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop data-driven solutions to address business needs.
  • Design and implement data visualizations and reports to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our data products and processes.
  • Document and maintain data products, including data models, ETL processes, and data visualizations, ensuring transparency and reproducibility.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in business analytics, with a focus on data insights and business intelligence.
  • 2-4 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management analytics, with a strong understanding of healthcare operations and finance.
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills, with expertise in SQL, dbt, and BI tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
