Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the strategic planning to ensure quality services for residents in alignment with Lifespace Communities standards.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and community stakeholders.
  • Regularly report operational updates to senior leadership.
  • Implement safety and risk management programs in collaboration with local safety committees.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve budgeted sales goals.
  • Manage the annual marketing strategy and sales objectives.
  • Prepare and oversee the community's operating budget.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, gerontology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of seven years of executive leadership experience in a continuing care retirement community or ten years in a senior living environment.
  • Proven leadership in hospitality management may also be considered.
