Job Summary

Quad is seeking a skilled Sheetfed Press Operator to work in our In-Store facility in West Allis. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating large format litho presses, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup and operation of press feeder equipment
  • General housekeeping and maintenance of the press
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong math skills and basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to read, interpret, and process written job instructions
  • Prior experience as a press feeder, especially in large format printing
  • Knowledge of UV printing and experience with heavy board, plastics, and unusual substrates
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Color knowledge and ability to pass a color test
  • Forklift operation and material handling experience a plus
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced production environment with a focus on quality and efficiency. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
