Job Summary:

Molding Production Specialist sought by SITE Staffing Inc. to set up and operate compression and/or injection molding presses.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up molding presses for production, including CNC injection presses
Regulate proper temperatures and set cycle time for molding and curing
Diagnose troubles and make compensating adjustments
Interact with and support molding operator assistant
Meet strict quality standards and product specifications

Requirements:
~4+ years of experience setting up, troubleshooting and operating compression and/or injection molding presses
~ Certification or a relevant technical degree in molding is preferred but molding experience is most important
~ Highly responsible with experience in overseeing production with no immediate supervision

Pay and Benefits:
$19-$32/hr. (Based on Experience)

Work Schedule:
3rd shift, 10pm-6am
