Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Analyst to join our team at Arandell. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality control systems are in place to maintain consistent production standards, customer specifications, and production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor plant-wide quality to ensure consistency and the highest quality possible in accordance with Arandell standards.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through constant communication during and beyond the color approval process.
  • Methodically inspect quality copies post color ok to detect print issues and quality defects.
  • Troubleshoot quality problems in any stage of the project process and notify press supervisors of any printing, equipment, or manning issues.
  • Provide technical and statistical expertise to the sample process, including locating new samples as needed.
  • Recommend procedures to ensure color consistency across press or production platform.
  • Audit and report press time pulls for all presses on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three to five years related printing experience working with color OK's and customers.
  • Preferred experience in a quality control environment.
  • Working knowledge of web-offset press, premedia, and finishing operations.
  • Strong results and detail orientation skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as determined by Quality Control Manager.
  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
