At Rent Recovery Solutions, we're seeking a skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a Debt Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for negotiating with former residents to resolve outstanding debts. Your primary focus will be on monitoring a large inventory of consumer apartment lease debts and developing solutions that benefit both our clients and the former residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage a large inventory of consumer apartment lease debts
  • Negotiate with former residents to resolve outstanding debts
  • Develop solutions that benefit both our clients and the former residents
  • Update client records based on calls and identify accounts that require reinvestigation


Requirements:
  • Excellent phone presence and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to type at least 40 wpm
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Pass random drug testing
