About L&K Distribution:

We are a reputable organization seeking a skilled Invoicer & Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a professional financial assistant, you will work closely with the Accounting department to create and maintain accurate invoices, financial records, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing and Record-Keeping: Enter invoices, financial data, and transactions in QuickBooks accurately, maintaining precise records of business transactions.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Accounting department, including maintaining organized filing systems, processing incoming paperwork, and preparing reports via QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and contribute to company reports, utilizing QuickBooks and Excel to track financial performance.
  • Office Procedures: Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures, ensuring efficient workflows and seamless operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as an invoicer, bookkeeper, or similar position is highly desirable.
  • Accounting Principles: Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and basic bookkeeping principles is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and basic accounting systems is required.
  • Miscellaneous: Strong mathematical and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, and highly organized time management skills are crucial for success in this role.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
