Position Overview:

This position is dedicated to enhancing membership acquisition and retention through outstanding customer engagement, relationship cultivation, and ongoing process enhancements.

The perfect candidate is motivated, well-organized, and demonstrates exceptional communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing successful sales tactics to boost membership enrollment.
Recognizing opportunities to continually populate the sales pipeline with potential members.
Delivering exceptional service to both prospective and current members through in-person interactions, phone calls, text messages, and email correspondence.

Achieving and surpassing sales targets established by the Membership Sales Director and the Senior Director of the Wellness Center.

Engaging in monthly team discussions to exchange best practices, refine processes, and enhance sales techniques.
Conducting facility tours and assisting members with account modifications and inquiries.
Fostering valuable collaborations with various departments.
Participating in community outreach events to promote the Wellness Center.
Upholding a positive and professional representation of Humboldt Park Health.

Position Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, etc.).
Sales experience is advantageous, though not mandatory.
Ability to maintain composure and respond appropriately when faced with multiple unexpected challenges simultaneously.

Must maintain good health and physical stamina, remaining active for the majority of the workday, and capable of working without physical limitations.

A genuine passion for fitness, health, athletics, and wellness is essential. A professional, enthusiastic, and authentic demeanor is expected.
Availability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
CPR and First Aid certification is mandatory.
