Located in a state-of-the-art facility, we are looking for a full-time, in-person Equipment Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our equipment and machinery.

The Equipment Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies
  • Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve equipment performance and efficiency
  • Train and mentor team members on equipment operation and maintenance procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair procedures
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
