Job Summary

Balance of Nature is a dynamic and growing company seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll for all team members.

This is a full-time, in-person position located at our offices in St. George, UT. We offer a competitive salary of $18.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with a 6% employer match, minimum essential coverage insurance plan, health savings account, health share program, dental & vision insurance, and complimentary monthly set of Balance of Nature supplements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for all team members accurately and on time
  • Constantly inspect and improve payroll systems of operation
  • Oversee and ensure that all records of deductions and garnishments are maintained
  • Stay in compliance and up-to-date with state and federal regulations
  • Uphold high-quality training for team members
  • Continually find ways to improve the ADP program and service to fulfill our company's needs
  • Keep all team members' pay profiles up-to-date

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of managerial experience
  • Knowledge of onboarding and hiring
  • Experience with ADP or similar HCMs
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
