About the RoleCaregivers play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our clients. We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to provide high-quality care for seniors in their homes.

As a caregiver with CSM Private Care, you will be responsible for providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also engage our clients in stimulating conversation, assist with exercises, and promote independence while fostering a sense of companionship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care tasks, including toileting, bathing, feeding, and grooming.
  • Provide light housekeeping, run errands, or provide transportation if needed.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and assist with medications.
  • Prepare meals and assist with general living needs.
  • Encourage and maintain a positive attitude, promoting emotional support and companionship.
Requirements
  • CNA Certification
  • Ability to complete a Criminal Background report
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
  • Ability to walk 10,000 steps over an 8 hour period
  • Ability to reach, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
  • CPR/first-aid training
