The successful candidate will plan, initiate, and manage IT projects, lead and guide technical staff, and serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. They will monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met and consult with clients to ensure conformity to project and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Active Secret clearance required
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field or minimum Information Technology (IT) Certification
  • 6 years of experience providing technical direction and Project Management
  • 3 years supervisory experience in addition to the six years of experience listed above
Preferred Skills:
  • Sufficient technical expertise to be considered a subject matter expert (SME) on managing an enterprise IT system
  • Experience working on an Agile SCRUM Development Team
  • Familiarity with technologies such as.Net, MVC Net, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ABF, PHP, OSQ, RW, Ingres, OpenRoad, JQuery, IBM Maximo, Oracle, Oracle Forms, SAS Viya, Cognos, Java, Python, Arbortext Editor, Perl, Python, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365 SharePoint, Rapid Prototyping Software, Agile, DevSecOps, iOS, Android, web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML), PrimeFaces, Angular, Adept, Kubernetes, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, FOSI, and XSL for XML Style Sheets, and Oracle Content Server
