Job Summary

The Housekeeping Aide plays a vital role in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment at our facility, ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follows established cleaning and service protocols to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
  • Ensures that all areas of the facility are clean, safe, and free from hazards.
  • Collaborates with department heads to plan and implement effective housekeeping services.
  • Checks inventory and notifies supervisors of supply needs to maintain a well-stocked and efficient operation.
  • Maintains equipment in good working condition and returns it to its designated location after use.
  • Assists with room changes and ensures that residents and families receive exceptional service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.
  • Performs other duties as requested by supervisors to support the overall mission of Frontier Management (OR).
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand the English language.
  • Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Working knowledge of standard materials and techniques used in cleaning activities.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions and positively interact with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the outside public.
  • Provide annual verification of negative TB skin test.
