Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Medical Records Clerk to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. As a Medical Records Clerk, you will be responsible for analyzing charts for accuracy, consistency, and completeness according to hospital and regulatory agency guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze medical charts for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Review and process requests for subpoenas and other legal documents
  • Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory agency guidelines
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in medical records or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
