Position Overview:

The Operations Manager - Fraud Prevention plays a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership and oversight for fraud operations during trips. This position is crucial for ensuring the effectiveness of operational processes, monitoring fraud metrics, and proactively identifying new fraud trends.


Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the execution of operational processes, including data analysis and manual reviews.
• Track and report on fraud metrics to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Identify and advocate for product enhancements to combat on-trip fraud.
• Facilitate the operationalization of fraud detection strategies.
• Detect and mitigate emerging fraud patterns.
• Assist in the development and testing of innovative fraud prevention models.


• Lead and mentor a team of Senior Analysts, ensuring high-quality oversight of appeals and investigations.
• Design and implement project plans, coordinating timelines and deliverables while engaging with stakeholders to drive project success.
• Provide analytical support by interpreting data, identifying trends, and aligning recommendations with business goals.


• Manage the deployment of business solutions, fostering relationships with key stakeholders to streamline processes and achieve performance metrics.
• Oversee projects aimed at revenue generation and loss mitigation, influencing budget allocations effectively.


• Enhance operational tools and reporting mechanisms by collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing subject matter expertise.
• Supervise job-related activities, promoting accountability and compliance with corporate policies.
• Foster development opportunities for team members through hiring, training, and mentorship.
