Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to become a vital part of Procore's Sales team.

In this position, you will act as the primary liaison for our established enterprise clients while utilizing your expertise in Procore's offerings to enhance renewals and growth opportunities.

Your role will involve collaborating with Customer Success teams, fellow Sales professionals, and Product Solution Specialists to sustain and increase our customer revenue streams.


This role can be performed remotely from various locations or from our offices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary contact for your designated territory, nurturing and advancing customer relationships, showcasing the value of Procore and its suite of products, and strengthening customer loyalty.

• Collaborate across departments with Inside Sales Representatives, Product Solution Specialists, and Customer Success Engineers to boost product adoption, ensure customer retention, drive upselling, and facilitate cross-selling of new products.

• Conduct thorough research on accounts, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, and gather business requirements.

• Maintain precise and current forecasts; provide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects as needed.

• Stay informed about key competitors to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.

• Manage and keep accurate records of leads, opportunities, and account details.

• Meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate internal resources to address client issues and fulfill service agreements.

• Engage in periodic travel for client meetings.

Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• Over 8 years of proven success in software sales, particularly in B2B environments.

• Familiarity with a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach is desirable.

• A demonstrated track record of success in an inside sales environment.

• Resilience and capability to thrive in a dynamic sales atmosphere.

• Ability to cultivate trusted relationships.

• Experience in post-sale revenue growth is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.

• Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems is advantageous.

• Proven ability to develop and manage sales pipelines and forecasts.
