About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Party Host Coordinator to join our team at KIDS EMPIRE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a fun and safe experience for our guests.

Job Summary
  • This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
  • Attend to customers promptly, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage the check-in process, including liability waiver signing.
  • Process cash and credit transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, including the refrigerator, freezer, and shelves.
  • Conduct regular floor checks to ensure safety and compliance with park rules.
  • Clean restrooms and sanitize high-touch areas.
  • Coordinate and assist with family events to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, noisy environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Leadership skills and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in using technology, including iPads.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
Physical Demands
  • Stand, walk, bend, and twist frequently.
  • Lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
  • Frequent bilateral hand movements.
Compensation

$14.00 per hour. Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
