Job Description

The Strategy Operations Manager is a key member of the growing team and will report to the Director of Strategy Operations. This role plays a key part in shaping the strategic direction of the company and driving initiatives that contribute to its long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the development, refinement, and execution of strategic plans that drive organizational growth.
  • Ensure strategic goals are translated into actionable initiatives across all functional areas.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify strategic opportunities, optimize performance, and track progress.
  • Provide actionable insights to inform decision-making for SEON's leadership team.
  • Create comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate strategic insights, progress, and recommendations to the executive team and other key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a strategy, operations, or business planning role, with a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and delivering high-impact results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to build relationships and effectively influence to gain the support of multiple stakeholders in individual or group settings.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional stakeholder groups, managing multiple strategic projects, and balancing competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced proficiency in GSuite, with strong Excel/Sheets skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Tableau and strategic planning frameworks.

This role offers flexibility and can be based in Austin with a hybrid schedule, or anywhere in the U.S. with a remote setup, including occasional travel to our other offices.
