Job Overview

Lloyd Companies is seeking an experienced Corporate Office Custodian to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our corporate office. As a key member of our facilities team, you will ensure that all spaces remain neat and tidy, providing a positive experience for employees and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform floor care tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning carpets.
  • Care for common areas, including the café/lounge, kitchenette, and meeting spaces.
  • Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to disposal areas on a regular schedule.
  • Maintain the corporate office patio, keeping it clean and ready for use.
  • Replenish supplies, such as drinking glasses, paper goods, bathroom supplies, conference room supplies, and empty dishwashers.
  • Schedule and work with vendors as assigned (e.g., recycling).
  • Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy.

This is a full-time position, working Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 4:00pm, 40 hours per week. The estimated salary for this role is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
