The Role

We're seeking a Retail Brand Experience Associate to join our team in New York City. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining the integrity of our retail space, and assisting with events and community programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the management team to maintain the integrity of the retail space
  • Assist with planning and executing events and community programs
  • Assist with suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency, and service
  • Engage in daily digital sales activities, including conducting sales through chats, phones, and virtual appointments
  • Follow up with customers through the CRM platform and ensure a wholesome experience
  • Assist team with managing the daily workload of responding to customer emails
Requirements
  • Customer service or retail experience is a plus
  • Amazing attitude, a passion for learning, and a desire to be part of a growing business
  • Experience responding to live chats and using a CRM platform is a plus
  • Experience tracking KPIs or sales goals is a plus
  • Be passionate about our brand's values of healthy living, environmental awareness, and social responsibility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and a no-task-too-small mentality
  • Self-starter, resilient, and entrepreneurial spirit
