  • Work closely with the Store Leader to maintain equipment, ensure a high-quality wash experience, and implement cost-saving initiatives.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the retail or customer service industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, improving customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
