Store Management Professional

Job Summary:
Elite Devco, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by utilizing Local Store Marketing strategies and community involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Control day-to-day store operations by scheduling labor, ordering supplies, and developing a high-performing team.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security procedures.
- Inventory and Labor Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage labor costs, review financial reports, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Facilities and Equipment Maintenance: Implement a preventative maintenance program to ensure company standards are met.
- Team Development: Recruit, interview, and hire team members, conduct performance appraisals, provide coaching and training, and develop Assistant Managers.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Flexibility and Availability: Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication skills, basic math and reading skills, and ability to follow directions.
- Business Acumen: Ability to interpret Profit and Loss Statements and be computer literate.
