Position Summary: The Associate in Customer Service Operations will work under the guidance of the Operations Support Manager. This role is essential in providing analytical support and performance assessments for various servicing functions, including Call Center Operations and Back Office activities. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations and collaborate with vendor management teams to ensure effective employee and operational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure that the servicing vendor meets established performance indicators on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Act as a liaison between the servicing group and the vendor to facilitate effective communication and operational consistency.
- Conduct trend analysis and provide actionable recommendations to align departmental outcomes with strategic objectives.
- Assist in reporting, forecasting, and utilizing business systems to enhance process efficiencies across various operational areas.
- Support administrative functions, training initiatives, and performance management as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, and Finance, to drive improvements in service quality and operational profitability.
- Engage in coaching and development activities to enhance both individual and team performance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial services, banking, or related fields.
- Familiarity with loan and lease systems is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Physical Requirements: This position may require extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as visual monitoring in an office environment.
