Position Overview
We are seeking a Content Delivery Specialist to be a vital part of our dynamic team, ensuring that our audience receives timely access to our acclaimed content.

In this pivotal role, you will report to the Director of Global Account Services, focusing on delivering exceptional service to our partners and clients.

Your expertise in media content servicing will contribute significantly to our workflow as we expand our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Management: Collaborate with various teams (production management, media operations, localization, program management, metadata, and creative) to ensure all necessary video, audio, subtitles, closed captions, metadata, artwork, and availability are prepared for launch in accordance with platform specifications.
  • Metadata Oversight: Prequalify availability and metadata to guarantee proper launches on third-party platforms.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive electronic delivery records for each project, detailing file versions, destinations, deadlines, and special requirements.
Technical Expertise:
Utilize your extensive knowledge of availability and metadata to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

Stay informed about the latest content delivery requirements to ensure smooth onboarding processes and address technical challenges during content preparation or delivery.

Communication and Collaboration:
Engage with internal and external partners regarding delivery schedules, specifications, and potential challenges.

Document all deliveries and rejections, working with the content delivery team to enhance workflows that improve the fulfillment process.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in content fulfillment for streaming platforms, television, or home video distribution.
  • In-depth understanding of availability, metadata, streaming platform delivery requirements, and digital video/audio formats.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving metadata issues that may arise during the launch process.
