Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Service Representative to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our service operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and manage service agreement renewals, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions to our customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address service delivery gaps, implementing process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and account information.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our service delivery.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HVAC experience or certification.
  • Accounts receivable experience or knowledge of contract financials.
  • Basic project accounting or costing principles.
