Help Desk Specialist

Hartwig Staffing is partnering with a company in Washington D.C. to fill a contract Help Desk Specialist position. This on-site role offers a competitive hourly rate of up to $35.
Requirements:
- Associate degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Flexibility to support a rotating 24/7 schedule.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Friendly, helpful attitude with good interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Knowledge of G Suite applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides) is a plus.
- Ability to train end users on common technical issues.
- Capable of providing technical support over the phone.
- Strong problem-solving skills and abstract thinking.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
