Key Responsibilities- Assemble tissue products following standard instructions and quality control procedures.
- Set up and operate production equipment and supplies, ensuring efficient and safe working practices.
- Inspect your work and perform simple repairs as needed, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Learn multiple assembly tasks, prioritizing quality, safety, and productivity.
- Request materials, report quality issues, and record measurements as necessary, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with complex assembly tasks and good finger dexterity for cutting, sewing, and reinforcing surgical molds.
- Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills, with the ability to follow all safety and production policies.
- $18/hour pay rate, with opportunities for self-advancement and professional growth.
- Sign-on bonus and weekly pay with direct deposit.
- Monday-Friday schedule, with 2nd shift hours and the possibility of training on a 1st shift schedule.
