Penn State Health is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist I to join our team in Hershey, PA. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of standardized imaging procedures, setting up and adjusting related equipment, and maintaining related records under the direction of the Senior Imaging Staff.
Responsibilities- Perform imaging procedures using various modalities, including X-ray, CT, and MRI
- Set up and adjust equipment, ensuring proper function and safety
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and imaging results
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T.) or registry eligible
- Pass ARRT boards within 6 months of date of hire (if registry eligible)
- 1 year of job-related experience preferred
