About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill a Clinical Nurse Coordinator position in our Women's Health Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and coordinating all functions in the unit during the designated shift.

Main Responsibilities
  • Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures.
  • Serve as a resource person for staff and model a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values.
  • Support proper inventory control and assist with managing supplies and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of current nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting and 1 year of leadership experience in a hospital setting.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000 - $125,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings options.
