Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse II role at the Virginia Commonwealth University Health System is a key position that requires a high level of clinical expertise and leadership skills. As an Ambulatory Float Pool Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in various specialty practices across our clinic locations in Richmond.

This role involves working closely with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients, ensuring their safety and comfort. You will also provide education and guidance to patients and families, promoting health and wellness.

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses who can lead by example, demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations, including adults and pediatrics, across various specialties such as Urology, Neurology, Dermatology, Women's Health, and Orthopedics.
