As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient transitions, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and driving quality improvement initiatives.

Job Summary:

  • Provide day-to-day clinical management of the ortho joint spine unit, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform therapeutic post-operative nursing care for total knee, hip, shoulder, and other surgical procedures.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse License in Virginia or Current Multistate Compact License.
  • 3+ years of current nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting, preferably in medical-surgical and leadership roles.

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
