About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Crew Leader to join our team at East Coast Facilities, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a crew of technicians in the delivery of high-quality landscape maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crew Management: Lead and manage a crew of up to 5 technicians, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through excellent communication and service delivery.
  • Operational Efficiency: Monitor and improve operational efficiency, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained, serviced, and stored, and that all technicians are trained in the safe use of equipment.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role in the landscape maintenance industry.
  • Qualifications: A valid driver's license, and the ability to operate a variety of equipment and machinery.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Knowledge: A strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices, including safety procedures and equipment operation.
