Job Summary:

Club Demonstration Services is seeking an experienced Event Manager to oversee the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of in-store Product Demonstrators. The successful candidate will be responsible for product preparation and presentation, training, and providing exceptional service to all Club members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and hire part-time staff to meet business needs.
  • Oversee product preparation and presentation, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and excellent customer service techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including warehouse managers, vendors, and in-store Product Demonstrators.
  • Participate in new location grand openings as required.

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
  • Able to coach and counsel employees, taking corrective measures as needed.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
