Compensation: Competitive salary based on qualifications, experience, and education, with an annual pay range of $38,000 to $42,000. Comprehensive benefits package included.
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
Experience Requirement: Minimum of 3 years in bookkeeping (Required)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processes efficiently.
- Oversee all accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Conduct thorough reconciliations of financial accounts and the general ledger.
- Monitor and control funds for all parish organizations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, regulations, and standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Lead the budgeting process and manage budgetary allocations.
- Maintain effective cash flow management practices.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Pastor.
