Experience Requirement: Minimum of 3 years in bookkeeping (Required)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage payroll processes efficiently.
  2. Oversee all accounts payable and receivable activities.
  3. Conduct thorough reconciliations of financial accounts and the general ledger.
  4. Monitor and control funds for all parish organizations.
  5. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, regulations, and standards.
  6. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
  7. Lead the budgeting process and manage budgetary allocations.
  8. Maintain effective cash flow management practices.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Pastor.
