About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong local network and in-person relationship building in the community. You will be working closely with our team to develop and implement sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong local network and in-person relationship building skills
  • State insurance license or willingness to earn one with training and support
