Job Overview

As an Engineering Documentation Specialist at Advanced Programs Inc., you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between engineering and other internal teams. Your primary responsibilities will include data entry, department coordination, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain technical data in our company systems.
  • Department Coordination: Facilitate clear communication between engineering and other teams, including operations and manufacturing.
  • Administrative Support: Compile reports, prepare presentations, and assist with project documentation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to document control and workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for office equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, etc.) is beneficial.
  • Experience with Bills of Material (BOM) is a plus.
