Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance to users through various communication channels, ensuring a professional and respectful interaction.
  • Manage and oversee hardware inventory while keeping abreast of the latest developments in IT.
  • Facilitate the shipping and receiving of hardware for new users.
  • Identify and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Guide users step-by-step in resolving technical problems, maintaining high customer satisfaction through timely and effective solutions.
  • Record and monitor all support requests and their resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Refer unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
Essential Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in IT or a related field is advantageous.
  • Fundamental understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
