R&D Lab Technician

Research and development Lab Technician will provide support to Food Technologists by weighing ingredients, making samples, follow blending procedures, and follow formulas to make recipes for R&D projects. Also responsible for cleaning glassware and sanitizing pilot plant equipment after each trial run. Responsible for reporting on lab results.
Hard Skills- Bachelors Degree in the Sciences (Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, etc.) or Culinary
- Previous experience in a laboratory setting (academic experience acceptable)
This is a Contract-to-Hire position
Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position
Work EnvironmentMonday -Friday 9am-5pm. Very hands-on.
