Compensation

Salary range based on experience: $65,000 - $85,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and assist them with their service inquiries

- Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately record their issues

- Provide service recommendations based on assessments from our technicians

- Schedule service appointments and keep customers informed about their vehicle status

- Educate customers on maintenance services and suggest additional services as appropriate

- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely repair completion

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing questions and concerns promptly

Required Skills:

- Prior experience as a Service Consultant or in a similar automotive role is essential

- Understanding of automotive repair services, including routine maintenance and repairs

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently

- Proficiency in upselling services to fulfill customer needs

- Familiarity with dealership operations and sales methodologies
