Key Accountabilities
- Design and implement hardware components for next-generation Network Security platforms.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex design issues, ensuring efficient and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of products.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide training to colleagues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in hardware design and development.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within budget and timeline.
- Expertise in high-speed serial and parallel interfaces, including PCIe Gen2~Gen4 and 100GbE KR4 and CAUI4.
- Strong understanding of transmission line theory and its application in hardware design.
- Experience with Intel XEON-based x86 Server Design is highly valued.
- Familiarity with lab analysis/debug tools such as high-speed oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers.
- Proficiency in CAD tools for schematic capture and layout, preferably Cadence Design Systems.
- FPGA/CPLD design experience for glue/combinatorial logic is an asset.
- Knowledge of layout simulations tools for high-speed interfaces and power integrity, specifically Ansys Electromagnetics Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
