Key Accountabilities
  • Design and implement hardware components for next-generation Network Security platforms.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex design issues, ensuring efficient and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of products.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide training to colleagues.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in hardware design and development.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within budget and timeline.
  • Expertise in high-speed serial and parallel interfaces, including PCIe Gen2~Gen4 and 100GbE KR4 and CAUI4.
  • Strong understanding of transmission line theory and its application in hardware design.
  • Experience with Intel XEON-based x86 Server Design is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with lab analysis/debug tools such as high-speed oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools for schematic capture and layout, preferably Cadence Design Systems.
  • FPGA/CPLD design experience for glue/combinatorial logic is an asset.
  • Knowledge of layout simulations tools for high-speed interfaces and power integrity, specifically Ansys Electromagnetics Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
