We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant to become an integral part of our finance department. This role will involve close collaboration with our VP of Finance and various team members to contribute significantly to business analytics and the management of standard costs.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong command of Excel and related software.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage data analytics, providing training and support to cross-functional teams.
  • Create insightful reports aimed at enhancing business processes, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI being essential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to gather data for executing the company's strategic objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements, efficiency enhancements, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Design and uphold a robust cost accounting system to ensure precise costing.
  • Analyze and compile data to assess the costs associated with business operations.
  • Assist with various finance and accounting tasks as needed, including audits and general ledger preparation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Mathematics is mandatory.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and related Office Applications is required.
