Police Officer Job Opportunity

  • Structured hiring bonus: $15,000 for NH full-time certified officers, $10,000 for out-of-state full-time officers
  • Education incentives: 2% added to base salary for Associates, 4% for Bachelors, 6% for Masters Degree
  • Physical fitness incentives: 2% added to base salary first year, 1% added subsequent years
