Job Title: Wealth Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wealth Advisor to join our team at Carson Group Holdings, LLC. As a Wealth Advisor, you will be responsible for establishing new client relationships, providing advisory services, and supporting current clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide education and information to clients about financial products, services, and strategies.
  • Source prospective client opportunities through networking and referrals.
  • Promote established investment models and strategies suitable for targeted clients.
  • Servicing client needs and requirements through client interaction.
  • Promote the firm's wealth enhancement and planning services.
  • Adhere to company and industry supervisory guidelines and policies.
  • Participate in daily advisor meetings, training, and continuing education requirements.
  • Provide positive and professional service to the client base assigned.
  • Handle all communication with the client base, including phone calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Review investment products held in clients' accounts and reallocate to appropriate models to help clients meet their financial objectives.
  • Maintain continuing education requirements and required training elements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the client base, focusing on service and operations, and acquiring new clients.
  • Attend firm client events.
Requirements:
  • An established book of business with clients and accounts to be transferred.
  • A proven track record of managing and growing client relationships.
  • Business development skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent attitude and client service orientation.
  • A genuine interest in serving and caring for others.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Active Series 7 license.
  • Active Series 65 or 66.
  • Life, Health, and LTC Licenses.
  • Clean U-4 and U-5 history.
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • 5 to 10 or more years of investment advisory experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) preferred.
  • Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) desirable.
