Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operation of the facility, ensuring efficient provision of surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.
- Serve as a liaison between the Governing Board, Medical Staff, and all departments of the facility, promoting positive relationships and effective communication.
- Develop and implement a sales/marketing plan, leading the facility's sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies, maintaining high standards of quality care and patient safety.
- Manage the clinical departments of nursing, central supply, medical records, and housekeeping, supervising contracted services and monitoring equipment maintenance.
- Develop and implement a continuous quality improvement program, identifying and correcting quality care issues and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and Medical Executive Committee to evaluate and develop existing and new surgical services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum ten to fifteen years of progressive experience in facility or healthcare management, with a proven track record of leading complex entities in a culturally diverse, competitive urban environment.
- Good command of the English language, both verbal and written, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients, and others, fostering positive relationships and a collaborative work environment.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary range of $165,000-$275,000, with potential for an Annual Incentive Plan bonus of 10%-25% depending on role level. Management level positions may also be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
