Healthcare Billing Professional

Prestige Utilization Management & Billing Solutions, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Billing Professional to join our dynamic team. This role requires a minimum of 1-year experience in healthcare billing, with a focus on behavioral health treatment and knowledge of Medi-Cal and EMR software programs.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of insurance terminology, coding/billing certifications, and strong team collaboration skills. The ability to maintain confidentiality of patient care and business information is crucial.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create and submit claims to payors, ensuring accurate billing practices.
  2. Review patient census and KIPU/EMR records to confirm accurate charges.
  3. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and insurance companies.
  4. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
