Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Cambridge. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to individuals with various medical conditions.

About the Role:
This is a part-time position, working 36 hours per week. The successful candidate will have experience working in a hospital setting, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to professional standards and policies
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop effective care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications safely and effectively, following established protocols
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication, and self-care techniques

Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Baccalaureate degree preferred)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
