About the Opportunity

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join their team as an Intermediate Care Float Pool nurse in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to provide high-quality care to patients within our float pool. As an Intermediate Care Float Pool nurse, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a talented team to deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient plans
  • Work effectively in a dynamic and ever-changing healthcare environment
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts
  • Experience: Med/Surg experience preferred
  • Other: Membership in professional organizations is recommended and certification in a specialty area is encouraged
