Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join their team as an Intermediate Care Float Pool nurse in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to provide high-quality care to patients within our float pool. As an Intermediate Care Float Pool nurse, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a talented team to deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient plans
- Work effectively in a dynamic and ever-changing healthcare environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination
- Education: Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts
- Experience: Med/Surg experience preferred
- Other: Membership in professional organizations is recommended and certification in a specialty area is encouraged
- Competitive salary: $83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
