Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance and Finance Clerk to join our Hannover branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing cross-sector support to our clients, including insurance policy management, document review, and contract negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Review and implement insurance policies, documents, and contract changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Negotiate with insurers to ensure smooth processing of claims and business processes.
  • Prepare and participate in annual meetings with clients, shaping the future of our partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of insurance and finance principles, with a focus on risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
