As a Program Intervention Technician, you will work directly with individuals aged 8-21 with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder, providing therapeutic support and supervision in a dynamic and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) programs tailored to individual needs, promoting expected behavior and life skills.
- Provide constant engagement and supervision of individuals, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
- Valid Ohio Driver's License and proof of auto insurance.
- First Aid and CPR certification (training provided if not already certified).
- One year of experience working with intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals, with ABA implementation experience preferred.
